Great time......

I had the opportunity to spend a night at "the happiest place on earth"....Disneyworld in Orlando.  I traveled to Orlando with my neighbor for some shopping, dinner and more shopping.

We stayed at the Hilton Bonnet Creek Hotel.  Great place especially for families.  They have a heated outdoor pool with a lazy river that you can hop on an inter-tube and just float around. Then at night they have movie night, outside although I did not smell any popcorn.  Last night's feature was Toy Story 3.

For you foodies.....yummy dinner at Emeril's Tchoup Chop Restaurant at Universal.  Excellent atmosphere and food.

Sunday was brunch at the hotel and shopping at the Disney Store and stopping by the Lego store for pictures of their creations.

Aren't these just amazing.  They are all made of Lego's.....wow.  Looking forward to returning and hoping to get to one of the many parks next time.  Have a great day.

  5. Jude,
We were thinking of a quick trip to Disney in April for a day or two. Do you know of any bus excursions that go there from the Venice area?
